Refund policy
Before placing an order, please read the details mentioned for each product on the website carefully.
Order once placed is non-refundable. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return/replacement unless the product delivered is damaged or it’s an incorrect order.
All our orders are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse and we make all endeavors to deliver products defect free. However, if your order(s) is damaged during shipping or an incorrect order is delivered to you, please follow the instructions below:
The defective/incorrect order along with proof of defect/incorrect order so received shall be communicated to us within 2 working days of its receipt via an email at contact@houseofinne.com. Any communication received after 2 working days of delivery shall not qualify for return/replacement. House of Inne holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued. In case a replacement of such product is not available, House of Inne will issue a refund.
Shipping charges are non refundable.

Refunds and replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent the replacement or a refund will be provided via email. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@houseofinne.com.
